Feeling sleepy after a workout is not only inconvenient, it's potentially a sign that you're not treating your body as well as you should. Happens very often to me that straight after a workout at the gym i feel dizzy (for at least 30minutes) or very tired or sleepy (feels like i missed some sleep that night but i didn t). We're exercising new muscles (even mental ones) or old muscles in new ways. This energy is derived from the sugar in the blood.
